제5회 Asia Pacific Commercial Mediation Competition(APCMC) 2021 안내

안녕하세요. Australian Disputes Centre, 국제상공회의소 주최하에 개최되는 Asia Pacific Commercial Mediation Competiton 행사에 관하여 알려드립니다. 아래 사항을 참고하셔서 관심있는 학생분들께서는 참여해보시기 바랍니다. 감사합니다.

1. Target and Key Aims

- Target: All Law, Business and Social Science Students

- Key Aims

1) Creating a unique opportunity for students to showcase their negotiation skills in a commercial mediation environment.

2) Developing skills in collaborative commercial problem solving, analytical judgment and persuasion.

3) Connecting aspiring students to strong professional networks.

2. Event Period

- 2021. 9. 10. - 2021. 9. 12.(개최국 기준, Online)

3. Program Details

- Student negotiators seek to resolve moot problems involving international commercial law. They are mediated in the competition by professional mediators, and are adjudicated by a senior panel of ADR practitioners.

- Teams of 2-4 students compete against each other in a series of competition rounds. Competing teams represent two sides of an international commercial dispute, with members assuming the roles of the Client and Counsel. A qualified professional mediates the dispute, and distinguished judges assess how well the teams have advanced their interests.

4. Application

- University Teams: University teams of 2-4 students are invited to apply

※ ​등록금액: AUD $ 1,100 incl. GST(covers a full team of 4 students, plus coaches)
